Yes. The flavoured makhana is fully seasoned and ready to eat—no roasting or additional preparation is required. Green cardamom can be added directly to recipes, although lightly crushing the pods helps release more aroma and flavour.

For flavoured makhana, the nutrition panel lists approximately 20g as one serving. For green cardamom, 2–3 pods are generally enough to flavour a pot of chai or a dish such as biryani. You can adjust the quantity according to your taste and recipe.

Yes. Our cardamom is sourced directly from farms in Kerala and carefully selected for bold 7–8 mm pods—the same premium size and quality standard used for export markets.

Just 2–3 pods are enough to flavour a full pot of chai or a biryani. Thanks to their naturally high essential oil content and exceptional freshness, a little goes a long way.

Our flavoured makhanas are made with makhana (fox nuts), refined edible vegetable oil, and carefully selected spices, herbs or fruit powders according to each flavour. Our Premium Green Cardamom contains only 100% natural Indian green cardamom, with no added ingredients.

No artificial colours or preservatives are added to our flavoured makhanas. Our Premium Green Cardamom also contains no additives or preservatives.
